I have attended Bex's Yoga and Pilates classes for over 10 years. I can't recommend Bex enough. Her professionalism, calm energy and non competitive focus facilitate a great practice and welcoming space.

Since I started to come to this gym I always looking forward to the next class! Chris and Bex created such a perfect space that you feel warm, welcome and save. No intimidating feeling like other gym I have been. I am highly recommended😊

Because of Chris I’m fitter at 48 than I was at 28! He’s had to constantly modify training (because of injuries) and session timings (because of work), but he has never given up on me and has kept encouraging me to stay fit. He’s very engaged conversationally, which makes it partly a good therapy session! And he knows more about wine than I do! :) A good all round package I reckon :)

Chris from Sculpt and Flow has been my PT for the past 10 years. His goal focused training has taken me from knowing very little about diet and exercise to fully understanding what works for me and my busy lifestyle. After four years training with Chris Massey am still amazed with my progress. Having started with vague aims to improve health and strength, training one day a week as well as daily Pilates, I now train four days a week and do not recognize my previous self. With Chris you get total involvement, commitment and a different perspective of your capabilities. Chris is 100% on your team and puts up with moans, groans and complaints with good humour and encouragement. His commitment and enthusiasm is infectious. I have been training with Chris for about 8 years and since then have had 2 kids. I continued to train with Chris both while pregnant and post pregnancy when I felt ready to get back into strength exercises. Chris is encouraging and motivating but also patient and understanding with where my body is at (especially with abdominal separation from my pregnancies). I’m always comfortable telling Chris if I feel my body can’t handle an exercise and he adapts the session to suit my strength level. I definitely would not have the core strength and be at the level of fitness I am now without him!Chris is very friendly and a lovely person to be around so makes the training sessions more enjoyable. I always leave the PT sessions feeling uplifted and motivated. He has great advice not only in fitness but in nutrition as well. I’ve always felt that Chris genuinely cares about his client’s general health and wellbeing. I highly recommend you see Chris to guide you on your health and fitness goals!

Fitness through guided strength and stamina bodywork is a terrific antidote to my desk-bound career in middle age. I’ve been training with Sculpt & Flow’s Chris Massey for two years. Chris’s peerless experience in working with people of all ages, and his sunny enthusiasm for the benefits of PT, make sessions fun!! I train because I love my desk job and don’t want my health ruined by long hours at my computer. Since starting PT I’ve developed better patterns of sustained concentration and avoided weight gain. Although training takes me out of my comfort zone, Chris’s patience and good humour mean that I keep showing up to train. My partner trains with Chris too. 100% recommend Sculpt & Flow!!

Sculpt and Flow offer a complete fitness and well-being program. Chris is a fantastic personal trainer!!! He will support you to reach your fitness goals while tailoring an individual program - regardless of your fitness level, injury or age. I never thought I’d look forward to early morning exercise.... however it is the BEST way to start the day!

I've been training with Chris from Sculpt and flow fitness for a few years now, and more recently my teenage daughter has joined me. The sessions are hard but extraordinarily rewarding! I've enjoyed the results of increased energy, strength and stamina, all delivered in a friendly and supportive way. Having hit 50, I plan on stepping up my efforts to try and keep up with my daughter! We love out weekly sessions with Chris. It's a great way to start the day and I'd highly recommend Sculpt and Flow to everyone!
