Our sessions are by appointment only so that they are intimate and personalised to your individual needs. This means, that with your permission, you will receive one on one attention to technique in every single session you attend.

Sculpt Zone (Small Group Personal Training)

Our signature Sculpt Zone sessions have been uniquely designed to burn fat as efficiently as possible. The specifically tailored exercises will activate the fat-burning process during the session and continue to torch calories for hours afterward as well. Your coach will responsibly and respectfully cater to your individual needs whilst you can enjoy the energy and community of small group training.

Sculpt and Flow Yoga

We are excited to offer our very own signature Sculpt and Flow Yoga session. Suitable for all levels, our coaches will use the power of observation and intuition to guide you through the most beneficial class for you on that specific day. Expect to move (at your pace) through a series of shapes that will stretch and strengthen your whole body and bring peace to your mind. 

Sculpt and Flow Pilates

Sculpt and Flow is proud to present their signature Pilates session that will 100% guarantee you a stronger and flatter lower stomach. All levels are welcome and come prepared to work your core like never before!
